Safeguarding at the Nursery

Our Commitment to Safeguarding

At Bright Stars Nursery we create a culture in which all children are safe from abuse and harm and in which any suspicion of abuse is promptly and appropriately dealt with.

We are committed to working with families positively, openly and honestly and will share with parents any concerns we may have about their child.

As an Early Years provider we have a statutory duty to protect children who are suffering or at risk of suffering harm and report any concerns.

We have senior members of staff who are responsible for Safeguarding, however, all staff members undergo regular safeguarding training and are dedicated to keeping children safe.  All our staff are trained in paediatric first aid.
